HOW TO TAKE iPREP

Mix 1/2 Scoop or 1 Scoop in 250 ml or 500 ml of ice-cold water. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. New users should start with 1/2 scoop. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before training.
